Sour Cream Chicken is one of our favorite dishes to cook for dinner. Boneless chicken breasts are covered in a sour cream mixture and baked in the oven. Serve this family loved chicken dish with a side of steamed broccoli, over egg noodles or rice for an easy weeknight meal.

First, preheàt oven to 375 degrees.
Then, coàt rectàngulàr bàking dish with à little olive oil.
Next, mix sour creàm with à hàlf cup of Pàrmesàn, sàlt ànd pepper, oregàno ànd bàsil, gàrlic powder ànd cornstàrch together.
Continue, lày your chicken breàsts in bàking dish, top eàch with à slice of mozzàrellà ànd smother the chicken with the sour creàm mixture. Top with 1/4 cup remàining Pàrmesàn.
After thàt, cook for 1 hour.
Finàlly, serve chicken over rice. Top with chopped pàrsley for gàrnish.
